Wait, What Ep. 13.1: An Invitation to the Handsome Boy Modeling School…

Photobucket

Good morning, everyone.  I’ll keep this quick, part because between the image and the post title, you’ve got everything you need to know about Episode 13.1 of Wait, What?  We talk about Adam Warren and Empowered, and we answer questions from friends and followers on Twitter, which leads to something like the above.  Believe me, it’s worth listening to and hearing how it all comes together.  (Oh, and we kinda spoil Batman #702, so be warned.)

The podcast should be available on Itunes (though may not download automatically, so I’ve been told) and you can also listen to it here:

Wait, What, Ep. 13.1

Hope you dig it, and we’ll back tomorrow with another!

  1. Still listening, but I wrote about Hypervelocity and echoed some stuff you guys said. Still listening, maybe I’ll have more comments later?

  2. Ha ha, choosing me and @David_Wolkin is a stroke of genius.

His attire at SDCC completely convinced me to up my convention game. I can’t be Captain No T-Shirts any more, so I’m going to NYCC as Commodore Polo Shirts and Three-Piece Suit on Saturday.

So yeah, that handsome off is definitely happening.

  3. More podcasts about how handsome I am, please.

  4. JEFF AND GRAEME ARE GAY FOR DAVID WOLKIN would be the only Archie Comic I would ever want to read.

AND IT’S THE BELL! THE BELL!

    The bell.

  5. Definitely not “This Man, This Monster”. That ends with Reed’s “He paid the full price, and he paid it like a man” line. What you’re describing sounds closest to #79, “A Monster Forever?”, where Reed has created a one-shot-only cure for Ben, which Ben has to reverse to save Alicia.

Upgrading to itunes 10 seems to have fixed the automatic downloads on my end.

Of course the trade off is that itunes 10 is really ugly, and now my ipod doesn’t want to sync a different podcast I like, which it never had a problem with before I upgraded.
    Yay technology!

  7. I’m a new listener to the podcasts, but I have really enjoyed all of the episodes. Thanks for the entertainment!

  8. Thanks, Dan! Glad you ‘re digging ’em!

(And of course, I totally encourage anyone who likes our stuff to give us a positive review on Itunes. Maybe it will stop Al Kennedy and Paul O’Brien from kicking sand in our faces every time they walk by…)
